MantoshShop offers a 10-day return window from the date of delivery for most physical products. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

💊Medicines, health supplements, and medical devices
🌿Perishable goods — food, flowers, plants
📱Digital downloads, eBooks, software licenses, gift cards
👙Intimate apparel (hygiene reasons)
🎨Customized / personalized products
🔓Products with broken seals (non-food)
🏷️Items marked "Non-Returnable" on product page

⚠️ Products returned in a damaged, used, or tampered condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Once your return is received and verified by our team, refunds will be processed as follows:

✅ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged delivery, or defective product).

How to Initiate a Return

Login to your account → Go to My Orders
2️⃣
Select the order and item you want to return
3️⃣
Click "Return / Exchange" → Choose reason from dropdown
4️⃣
Upload clear photos of the item (required for damage/defect claims)
5️⃣
Select pickup slot — our courier will collect within 24–48 hours
6️⃣
Once received and verified (1–3 days), refund is initiated

💡 Keep the original packaging and invoice handy during pickup. Our delivery partner will issue a pickup receipt — save it for tracking.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you must wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

✅Orders cancelled before dispatch: Full refund within 24 hours
⚠️Orders cancelled after dispatch: Not allowed — initiate return after delivery
🏪Seller-cancelled orders: Full refund + ₹50 compensation

⏰ Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch without any charges.

Digital Products Policy

Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, guides, downloadable files) sold on MantoshShop are strictly non-refundable once downloaded or the download link has been accessed, as per the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).

❌No refund after download link is accessed
✅If link is broken/file is corrupted: Full refund or re-delivery within 24 hours
✅Technical failure during payment (double charge): Immediate refund
⏰Download link valid for 7 days from purchase date
